• Calibration system SET-HD100
A highly accurate rotary encoder for calibration realizing ±0.1 arcsec accuracy.
Perfect for calibration and mapping of rotary axis of stages and machine tools.

• BL50H Series
1D, 1.5D and 2D Laserscale high accuracy linear encoders for measurements and calibration.
The BL50H generates an analogue sin/cos signal with 400nm wavelength.
With the interpolator BD700 resolutions with very low noise level and very low interpolation errors up 6pm can be generated.
Therefore, the BL50H series fits perfectly for position feedback applications in X/Y stages.
• BH20 rotary encoder
The ideal scale for high-resolution angle measuring in HDD manufacturing equipment, precision measuring instruments, and aspheric surface processing machines with a signal pitch of 250nm and a high response speed of 1,800mm/s.
Various resolutions and output models are possible with the BD96 interpolator.
• Product introduction µMATE+
The lever gauge of the DM series enables scanning measurements in various positions. This means that measurements are possible even in areas that are difficult to access or in cramped areas.
The digital display LU20 measurement values can be shown in different display views. The absolute measuring values can be transferred via Bluetooth.
