COVID-19: Magnescale Americas Inc. Office Closing – Amendment #3
Due to the ongoing developments from the COVID-19 virus, we have decided to extend the closure of the Magnescale Americas office in Irvine, CA until Friday, May 15th, 2020, with business resuming on Monday, May 18th. However, if the state of California allows us to resume business earlier, we will resume operation as soon as it is permitted.
- Product shipments: Although CA office is closed and regular shipments are suspended, exceptions can be made for customers that are considered an essential business:
- ○We require documentation from customers that they are an essential business to be able to make this exception. For details or questions on the requirement, please contact us at orders-mgsa@magnescale.com
- The office phone and fax numbers at the Irvine, CA office will not be monitored during this time. However, our employees will still be working remotely and monitoring the following email address for any questions about open orders, quotes, product inquiries or updates:
