Magnescale Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at “SEMICON Japan 2019” (at Tokyo Big Sight), which takes place over a 3 days period from Dec 11th to 13th, 2019.
We will exhibit our BL50H Laserscale as a 50th anniversary model, achieving both high resolution and high response speed. BL50H is a new product which achieves high resolution of 6.1pm and high response speed of 5m/sec. and it can be applied to wide variety of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and Liquid crystal panel manufacturing equipment.
This high accuracy non-contact self calibrating rotary encoder detects within ± 0.2 arcsec on the entire circumference, and is ideal as a reference device for device calibration.
We will also present 3D measurement by combining our 2D scale with a high-resolution non-contact displacement sensor.

- Rotary encoder for calibration which reaches 0.2 arcsec accuracy, and won a JSPE technology award in 2018.
- 3D measurement by combining our “BN100” Z sensor that realizes ultra-high accuracy planar shape measurement and 2D scale.
- A wide variety of Laserscale encoders which will lead the next generation of nano technology, including ultra-high accuracy and ultra-high resolution Laserscale “BS78” series and SmartSCALE(magnetic encoder) with the capability to be used in vacuum environments.
