Magnescale Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at “JIMTOF2018” (at Tokyo Big Sight) from November 1st to 6th, 2018.

We will exhibit under the theme of “High Performance Magnetic and Optical Measurement Products for High Performance Manufacturing”.

We will show 3 products categories:

Magnescale's unique magnetic technology for linear and rotary encoders
Digital gauge products to promote “Smart Gauging Solutions” for both hardware and software.
High resolution and high accuracy Laserscale for machine calibration.

Outline

Magnescale
1. SmartSCALE is our next generation of Magnescale linear encoders, featuring high reliability and strong resistance to harsh environments (coolants, oil, water, sludge, or metal chips) without the necessity of a costly air purge system. We are also featuring longer models with up to 6,270mm of measuring length, and small embedded models.
2. Our unique magnetic technology creates both high reliability and strong resistance to harsh environments, and we will display various rotary encoder models which are easy to install.

Digital gauges
1. Introducing a new measurement display with high speed latch function.
2. Network interface units compatible with variety of open networks such as EtherNet/IP and PROFINET.
3. Compact “DK800S” series offering high accuracy and high durability (IP67).
4. Displaying a new data acquisition system which directly connects to a PC via USB to existing SPC software programs such as LabVIEW.

Laserscale
- Greatly simplified calibration system, compare to interferometer or autocollimators.
1. 2D scale is suitable for the calibration on XY stage encoders with ±0.2 arcsec orthogonality
2. Rotary encoder for calibration realizing 0.2 arcsec accuracy, won JSPE technology award in 2018
