Magnescale Co., Ltd. Will be exhibiting at “MECT 2017” (at Portmesse Nagoya), which takes place over a four-day period from October 18th to 21st, 2017.
We will present our SmartSCALE linear encoder, which performs to 5nm resolution without the necessity of an air-purge system. Our digital gauges provide high reliability and quick response for supporting to the latest trends in IoT technologies. We will also show our ultra-high accuracy rotary encoder that is equipped with self- calibration to ensure high angle accuracy.

- This is our next generation of Magnescale linear encoders, featuring high reliability and strong resistance to harsh environments (coolants, oil, water, sludge, or metal chips) without the necessity of a costly air purge system. We will also display new longer models with up to 4 meters of measuring length.

- Our unique magnetic technology creates both high reliability and strong resistance to harsh environments, and we will display large-diameter and low-profile rotary encoder models which are easy to use.
- Digital Gauge
- Network interface units compatible with variety of open networks such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET.
- Compact “DK800S” series offering high accuracy and high durability of IP67.
- “DS800S” series allows for data acquisition to PC directly through a simple USB connection for in-process and post-process measurements.
