Magnescale Co., Ltd. is proud to announce that we will be exhibiting at the International exhibition for metal working (AMB show) in Messe Stuttgart (Germany) from September 13th to 17th, 2016.
Visitors to our booth will see the legendary Magnescale magnetic encoder technology. This technology is highly resistant to harsh environments and is the basis for our line of linear and rotary encoders for machine tools, as well as our line of digital gauges for in-process and post-process inspection.
We will introduce our new SmartSCALE lineup of absolute and incremental linear encoders, as well as a new lineup of digital gauges with high-speed data acquisition modules featuring popular fieldbus interfaces.

- SmartSCALE
- We will present our next generation of Magnescale linear encoders featuring new technology that ensures high reliability, even in the harshest environments (coolants, oil, water, sludge, or metal chips) without the need for an air purge system.
- Magnescale
- Absolute and incremental Magnescale linear encoders that are resistant to shock, vibration, and thermal expansion.
- Geared detection type ring encoder
- We will present our sensor head which can detect gear teeth on a rotary encoder. This new product is highly resistant to harsh environments and can be operated at temperature ranges between -10 to 100 ºC. The diameter of the gear can be tailored to the machine specifications.
- Tool Setter “TS40 series”
- Tool length measurement and tool breakage detection. We’ve combined a non-contact magnetic detection principle with a new air-actuated lift mechanism that results in increased durability and high environmental resistance.
- Extended line up of “Tough Sensor” products
- Our new MG70/71 series of network interface units allows for high-speed data acquisitions through a variety of popular fieldbus networks, such as EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT and CC-Link.
- Digital gauges
- Slim type “DK800S/DF800S” series offering high rigidity and accuracy, without the need for calibration.
