September 13-17, 2016 in Messe Stuttgart, Germany
Hall 4 E-50
Magnescale Co., Ltd. is proud to announce that we will be exhibiting at the International exhibition for metal working (AMB show) in Messe Stuttgart (Germany) from September 13th to 17th, 2016.
Visitors to our booth will see the legendary Magnescale magnetic encoder technology. This technology is highly resistant to harsh environments and is the basis for our line of linear and rotary encoders for machine tools, as well as our line of digital gauges for in-process and post-process inspection.
We will introduce our new SmartSCALE lineup of absolute and incremental linear encoders, as well as a new lineup of digital gauges with high-speed data acquisition modules featuring popular fieldbus interfaces.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Products name | Type of device exhibited | ||
---|---|---|---|
Magnescale | SmartSCALE | IP67, no air purge required, high resolution (5nm), non-contact scale with few mechanical components | |
Absolute linear Magnescale | Absolute linear encoders featuring a magnetic detection principle that is resistant to shock, vibration, and thermal expansion. | ||
Geared-type ring encoder | Geared-type ring encoder that detects the angle position of motors with high response speed. This can be operated in harsh environments with operation temperature up to 100 ºC and highly protected against dust and water. | ||
Digital Gauge | Digital gauges featuring 1µm accuracy and tested to 130 million cycles. New digital technology also supports major fieldbus data protocols, Industry 4.0 and IoT network systems. | ||
Tool Setter | Using a reliable non-contact magnetic detection principle and a new air-actuated lift mechanism results in increased durability and high environmental resistance. The feather touch measuring force will be demonstrated in our booth. |
