Magnescale Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at SEMICON Korea 2013 (Seoul, KOREA) which is scheduled from Jan. 30 to Feb. 1. Our booth will feature new Laserscale “BF” series. The “BF” series offer various models that can be used with wide-ranged applications by long traveling length for 450mm wafer, as well as non-magnetic and vacuum requirements. We will also feature varied selection of the products for next generation such as super-high resolution　Laserscale enabling multiple axis detection with a single scale. We are looking forward to seeing you at our booth.
